Job DescriptionJob DescriptionFirst Call Staffing is hiring for an Inside Sales Associate for a company in Kokomo. This will be a possible full-time hire for the right candidate. Minimum 1 to 3 years’ experience. Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):• Respond efficiently and accurately to calls and emails.• Coordinate export documents from preparation to closure. Manage online inquiries.• Work with service center and freight forwarders to ensure shipments are handled in a timely manner• Maintain well organized files for export and domestic inside sales.• Build lasting relationships with internal and external customers• Manage returns in Creatio/AO for all regions• Assist with inside sales and various customer reports• Add and maintain new customer information and customer changesSchedule:• Start and end hours may vary: 7am-4pm or 8am -5pm Monday-Friday• Work is on-site at our client's facility - not a remote position.Required Skills/Abilities:• Previous experience, at least 1-3 years of experience• Proficiency with computers, especially software applications including MS Word, Outlook and Excel• Exceptional interpersonal and rapport building skills• Strong written and verbal communication• Strong time management, organizational skills, and decision-making skills• Meet the specific accountability requirements of the roll at all times• Ability to multitask, maintain sales files, office machines and bulletin boards• Associate degree preferredPay: $20.00 per hourResume required - Candidates will not be considered without a resume and completed application.#firstcallind
