Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Develop travel cost estimates using online work management system that accounts for seasonal, regional and time sensitive price fluctuations
  • Finalize all requirements and submits to prime contractor for commitment of funds in order to secure all reservations and activities
  • Submits revised estimates to the project manager for additional consideration and approval within one (1) business day after receiving change requests
  • Track all stipend disbursements in the online work management system and include the signed Stipend Disbursement Form as proof of payment and receipt

Education and Experience Required:

  • B.A or B.S Degree
  • Four (4) or more years of experience working with accounting and financial systems
  • Experience in providing cost estimates, planning/scheduling, baseline reviews and reporting under government contract guidelines.
  • Under the guidance of the Program/Project Manager, is responsible for process and technique development that facilitates financial management and control of project
  • Demonstrates strong writing and oral communication skills
  • Ensures quality product and services are delivered in a timely and professional manner
