Responsibilities:

  • Develop Undersea Communication systems as part of a cross-functional team.
  • Design power systems and modules, ranging from low to high wattage converters.
  • Architect power system layouts and grounding strategies.
  • Address Transmission Line Effects in power systems.
  • Design and optimize Magnetics.
Security Clearance Required: Department of Defense Top Secret security clearance 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or related field
  • 8+ years of relevant experience or Master's degree with 6 years of experience
  • Ability to obtain Department of Defense Top Secret security clearance.
  • Expertise in electrical engineering CAD tools and mixed signal circuit analysis/design
  • Proficiency in analog design, feedback/control systems, and high-speed design
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and experience with test equipment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
