We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Recruiting Intern (Part Time) to join our dynamic and growing company this Summer 2024 In this role, you will gain valuable hands-on experience in the entire recruitment lifecycle, supporting us in finding top talent for our growing company.


**MUST be located in the Charleston, SC area**

**Internship Term: June 1st - August 31st (Part-time (up to 25 hours per week) **

**Flexible work schedule required (core hours: 9:00 am - 4:00 pm, Monday - Thursday) **


Responsibilities:

  • Assist with sourcing and attracting qualified candidates through various channels (job boards, social media, referrals, etc.)
  • Screen resumes and applications according to job requirements
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers
  • Conduct preliminary phone interviews
  • Maintain/Update candidate records
  • Follow up with candidate pipeline
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in recruiting
  • Attending weekly recruiting meetings


Qualifications:

  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint)
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) (BambooHR a plus)
  • Detail-oriented and highly motivated with a strong work ethic working remotely or in-person
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
