HealthLink Dimensions, a leader in healthcare data solutions and marketing services, is seeking a dynamic Creative Content Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will leverage your graphic design and content creation skills to develop compelling visual and written materials that enhance our marketing efforts and support our sales team. Your ability to maintain brand consistency, innovate, and manage multiple projects will be crucial in driving the success of our campaigns and communications. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Essential functions include but are not limited to the following:

  • Develop compelling visual content such as infographics, social media graphics, digital ads, and sales materials
  • Design and layout slide decks, white papers, and case studies to make the information visually engaging and easy to understand
  • Support the creation of blog posts, social media content, ad copy, case studies, reports, white papers, sales enablement materials, and internal communications with the assistance of GPT-augmented tools
  • Maintain the brand voice across all content formats, ensuring consistency and professionalism

SKILLS

  • Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy
  • Strong understanding of content marketing principles, strategies, and best practices
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Commitment to staying updated with the latest design and content trends and tools.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or a related field
  • One year of experience in graphic design, content marketing, creative writing, or a similar role
  • Basic knowledge of video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, DeScript) is a plus.
  • Strong skills in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Canva
  • Experience with Wix, Mailchimp, Buffer, and Google Analytics or similar tools a plus
