What You'll Do

The Regional Director of Clinic Operations is accountable for MySpot's successful business operations in their assigned region. He/she is expected to lead the successful execution of MySpot's strategic imperatives in assigned region and clinics to ensure that the overarching goals and vision of the company are met/exceeded. Working in collaboration with organizational leadership, enable the implementation of best in class deliverables that improve clinical productivity, quality, and efficiencies. Ensure policies, practices and procedures comply with administrative, legal, government, and regulatory requirements. Lead the advancement of pediatric therapy best practice that yield quality client outcomes. Assure successful implementation of MySpot's key performance indicators that include efficiency, productivity, revenue generation, census growth, workplace safety, client satisfaction, employee engagement, and quality. Manage financial performance and identify strategies to contain costs, while accelerating growth. Maintain the adherence to administrative policies and procedures. Ensure clinical directors and center managers provide professional and clinical oversight to therapists, analysts, and admin staff and enable the delivery of quality client outcomes. Working in tandem with clinical and operations leadership, accountable for the profitability of clinics in assigned region and the rendering of optimal client services. Responsible for establishing and forging strong relationships with clinicians, staff, community and stakeholder groups, as well as with internal leadership teams.:


  • Working in partnership with the facilities management department, oversee the general wellbeing and maintenance of all facilities and clinics that reside within assigned region. Accountable for impeccable center physical condition, overall cleanliness, adherence to employee uniform standards, and the advancement of MySpot's culture of excellence within assigned region and clinics.
  • Keeps in regular contact with Site Directors, therapists, and families as needed to maintain a communication flow to ensure that all stakeholders have a positive experience with MySpot.
  • Responsible for the attainment of P&L goals for assigned region and clinics that are under his/her purview. Responsible for assigned region and clinic/center attaining assigned goals as defined.
  • Work in concert with HR to achieve the hiring and training needs of assigned region and clinics. Ensure that the staffing, scheduling, and retention goals of clinics are met in order to meet and exceed budgetary goals.
  • Provide oversight of therapist, analysts, and staff schedules for each clinic within region, working in very close coordination with clinic director and center manager.
  • In partnership with Marketing/Growth department, play a lead role in meeting marketing and census growth goals of assigned region and clinics. Lead measures toward the reduction of clients on any existing wait lists within region.
  • Accountable for the attainment of optimal region and center/clinic performance metrics.
  • Ensure that KPIs are consistently met and exceeded by clinical staff. KPIs include the completion of minimum required billable hours, timely submission of notes to meet billing requirements, the attainment of client satisfaction scores, and quality client outcomes.
  • Play lead role in the attainment of all performance incentive goals by self, clinical directors, center managers, and staff in all centers and the region.
  • Institute measures to keep cancellations at a minimum and within expected target.
  • Achieve a minimum 90% score on monthly client and customer quality and satisfaction surveys.
  • Play an essential role in the attainment of employee engagement and turnover reduction goals in assigned clinics and region.
  • Work in concert with operations and clinical leaderships to provide monthly scorecard update to C Suite on performance and the attainment of specified goals within region and clinics.
  • Position MySpot as the pediatric therapy organization of choice in the SPOT, ABA, and HH sectors. Forge appropriate relationships within the communities and region with educational institutions, professional network groups, government institutions, amongst others to advance the cause of MySpot and improve stakeholders' bottom-line. Regularly lead participation at appropriate national and regional conferences, job fairs, and other similar events.
  • Regular and frequent travel to all clinics withing assigned region. Demonstrate rounding and visitation with clients, their families, therapists, clinical directors, center managers, and staff.
  • Oversight of new employees and new leader onboarding, working in tandem with HR and Training. Ensures therapist understanding of electronic billing and patient record.
  • In concert with clinical directors, accountable for the weekly updating and management of key business metrics including therapist productivity, patient cancellations and rescheduling, end of day reports and other metrics that are vital to business success.
  • With support from HR and in collaboration with clinic leaders, foster interpersonal relationships amongst staff, resolve conflicts, enable employee relations best practices, and positively engage client families.
  • Works with clinic directors and center managers to maintain and develop referral relationships in the community.
  • Performs other related duties and activities as required.

What You'll Need

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, healthcare administration, Finance, BCBA, PT, OT, ST, or similar field.
  • Six to 10 years of related experience with significant management experience in the healthcare industry
