Position Summary:
A Customer Service and Inside Sales Specialist is responsible for responding to inquiries, handling quotes, and processing orders for assigned customers, as well as developing new sales opportunities with both existing and prospective customers.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Develop sales opportunities by connecting with existing and prospective customers via phone and email.
  • Respond to general inquiries and request for quote (RFQ).
  • Process customer orders, monitor status, and keep customers informed throughout the process to ensure accurate and timely delivery.
  • Provide sales and project management support to Sales Managers to maintain positive relationships with assigned customers.
  • Develop and maintain professional, sustainable relationships with customers by building trust through collaboration, and proactive communication.
  • Manage customer satisfaction by soliciting feedback and sharing information internally.
  • Identify areas for improving customer satisfaction and growing the business profitably.
  • Maintain customer information in company database. 
  • Continuously increase knowledge of printing and converting market, products, and applications.
  • Engage and contribute to the continuous improvement activities by participating and providing thoughtful consideration and suggestions for improvements throughout our business. 

Qualifications:
  • College degree preferred, but not required.
  • A minimum of 2 years of progressive customer service or sales experience is preferred.
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite (MS Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint). 
  • Highly organized with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Strong listening skills.
  • Interest and capability to execute outbound direct marking calls to prospective customers.
  • Creative problem-solving skills.
  • Self-starter. Proactive nature. Ability to work independently.
  • Service and customer mindset. 
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills. Ability to communicate and collaborate with diverse groups of people.
  • Strong basic mathematical skills.
  • Excellent track record of attendance and punctuality.
