Job Description:
Are you an experienced caregiver looking for a flexible and rewarding opportunity? We are seeking skilled and compassionate caregivers to provide personalized care to our clients. With flexible hours, you can maintain a work-life balance that suits your needs while making a meaningful impact in the lives of those you care for.We service areas such as Orange, Tustin, Santa Ana, Costa Mesa, Newport Beach, Irvine, Lake Forest, Aliso Viejo, Mission Viejo, Laguna Niguel, Laguna Woods, Laguna Hills, San Juan Capistrano, Coto de Caza, Dana Point and San Clemente
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality, personalized care to clients in their homes.
- Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation.
- Provide companionship and engage clients in stimulating activities.
- Monitor and report any changes in clients' health and wellbeing.
- Adhere to care plans and effectively communicate with healthcare professionals and family members.
- Ensure a safe and clean environment for clients.
Requirements:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience working with seniors or in a caregiving role
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Home Health Aide (HHA) certification preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle emergencies and difficult situations calmly and effectively
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Must be able to pass a comprehensive background check and drug screening
Compensation and Benefits:
- Standard hourly rates of $18 to $20, paid biweekly. Additional rates available on a case-by-case basis, up to $30/hr
