Senior Helpers - South OC is currently seeking Overnight Caregivers for immediate hire in Irvine, California. We are seeking candidates who are HCA approved already. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about helping others and making a positive impact in their community. Compensation & Benefits:
- Competitive salary of $18 to $20 per hour, paid biweekly. HIGH probability of earning OT hours

Responsibilities:
- Provide thoughtful and compassionate care to our senior clients during overnight shifts
- Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, grooming, toileting, and dressing
- Provide medication reminders for clients as needed
- Prepare meals and assist with feeding, if necessary
- Perform light housekeeping tasks, such as laundry and dishes
- Provide companionship and engage in activities with clients
- Communicate effectively with clients, their families, and other caregivers to ensure the best possible care
- Document all care provided and report any changes in the client's condition to the appropriate parties
Requirements:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Home Care Aide (HCA) Certification preferred
- Previous caregiving experience, preferably in a home care setting
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
- Excellent communication skills and a compassionate demeanor
- Ability to handle emergency situations calmly and efficiently
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
