  • Policy Support: Provide guidance on policy coverage, premiums, and options available to clients.
  • Workflow Coordination: Maintain organization and efficiency in processing customer requests and documents.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay informed about our insurance products and services to effectively assist customers.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies in all customer interactions.

Requirements
  • Property & Casualty license (required)
  • Life and Health license (required)
  • Bilingual English/Spanish (preferred)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members.
  • Strong customer service orientation with a genuine desire to assist and support clients.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple tasks simultaneously, and adapt to changing priorities.

This position is with a State Farm independent contractor agent, not with State Farm Insurance Companies. Employees of State Farm agents must be able to successfully complete any applicable licensing requirements and training programs.
