Weber Human Services (WHS), located in Ogden, Utah serves a growing urban population residing in Weber and Morgan Counties.
We are an organization dedicated to helping those in need rebuild their lives and reach their full potential. WHS was organized by a cooperative agreement between the Weber and Morgan county governments to serve as the local authority for the provision of their substance use, mental health and senior service programs.
Weber Human Services is the only organization in the State of Utah providing these services under a single administration. Through dozens of human services programs, WHS helps thousands of its neighbors by supporting and empowering our most vulnerable groups including at-risk youth, the elderly, children, youth and adults suffering from mental illnesses, and those recovering from addictions.

Provide administrative oversight to the Customer Care Supervisors and Engagement Specialists, ensuring the effective delivery of customer care services. Establish, implement, monitor, and maintain department standards for customer care and records management. Ensure all processes align with organizational goals and regulatory requirements. Collaborate closely with clinical program supervisors to align customer care activities with clinical standards, fostering a cohesive and integrated approach to client care. Manage the receipt, processing, and reporting of client grievances in accordance with the WHS Medicaid Grievance System policy, ensuring timely and accurate resolution. Responsible for facilitating the licensing of all WHS clinical programs as required by the State of Utah, including submitting applications and documentation and organizing annual site visits. This responsibility also includes receiving and submitting client incident reports to the Office of Licensing when appropriate. Maintain a strong working knowledge of laws, policies, and protocols related to medical records. Provide oversight and back-up supervision to ensure compliance with all applicable regulations. Other duties as assigned.

Bachelor's degree preferred. Will consider an equivalent combination of relevant education and experience, specifically in a medical office setting.


Must be willing to complete and criminal background check and pre-employment drug screening.
