Front Desk Administrator

Front Office duties include but are not limited to:
- Supports and promotes the mission of the Agency: The purpose of our company is to provide quality landscaping services by putting our customers needs first. We will glorify God in everything that we do.
- Assists the President and Managers with clerical duties.
- Perform work in a safe manner at all times and ensure employees are abiding by safety rules and training.
- Must be proficient in QuickBooks Online and Excel.
- Payroll Review and correct time cards daily using route and schedule boards. After proper training will process payroll.
- HR - Compile all paperwork needed for new hire employees. Enter all information in ADP for payroll.
- Keep track of Sexual Harassment Certificates and compliance.
- Payables Assign a purchase order number to all purchases. Enter invoices into QuickBooks and ensure all payments are approved by Operations Manager prior to processing a check.
- Receivables Enter payments/checks/ACH in QuickBooks, generate a deposit slip, and take checks to the bank for deposit.
- Process billing for monthly billing. Invoice customers have it looked over and on the 20th of each month send out invoices by mail and email.
- Compile information for audits of workers compensation and liability insurance.
- Prepare reports as needed for the president and CPA and direct Supervisors.
- Excellent organizational skills; ability to manage several tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Demonstrate flexibility, enthusiasm, initiative, and follow through.
- Answer phone and take messages.
- Maintain supplies for the office.
- File.
- Clean and maintain office and restrooms.
