Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and service-oriented Orthodontic Front Desk Representative to join the team at Cohen Orthodontics in Mahwah, NJ. As a Front Desk Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our patients. You will greet customers as they arrive, book appointments, answer phone calls, and collect payment information. The ideal candidate has a cheerful disposition, excellent communication, and computer skills, and is capable of multitasking.

Schedule
  • Monday - Thursday (30 hours/week)
Responsibilities
  • Greet customers as they arrive and provide an excellent customer experience
  • Answer phone calls and schedule appointments
  • Assist patients with paperwork
  • Maintain a clean and inviting environment
  • Communication with dental offices
  • Provide general customer service and attend to the needs of customers throughout their services
Qualifications
  • No prior dental/orthodontic experience is required
  • Excellent communication skills with a commitment to customer service
  • Strong work ethic and positive attitude
  • Familiar with computers
  • Excellent multi-tasking skills
