Exciting Responsibilities and Duties:

• Masterful Fabrication: Utilize your expertise to fabricate small structures from drawings using basic layout tools and standard fabrication tools, all with minimal supervision.
• Blueprint Brilliance: Read blueprints with GIT tolerances and AWS weld symbols, demonstrating your precision and attention to detail.
• Equipment Maestro: Operate overhead cranes, forklifts, and various drill presses with finesse, ensuring optimal efficiency.
• AWS Wizardry: Apply your comprehensive understanding of AWS requirements for weld sizes, multiple passes, pre-heating, inner pass temperatures, and full penetration welds.
• Craftsman's Touch: Utilize oxy fuel torches to skillfully burn structural members up to 1” thick, showcasing your artistry in metalwork.
• Tools of the Trade: Come equipped with your own arsenal of welding essentials, from hood to hammer, ensuring you're always ready for action.
• Safety Stewardship: Follow all company safety rules and procedures, ensuring a secure and productive work environment.
• Strength in Every Move: Safely lift up to 45 pounds, demonstrating your physical capability.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Seasoned Pro: Possess a minimum of 5 years of experience or hold an Associates Degree in welding.
