Entry Level Marketing and Sales

We are seeking a motivated and energetic Entry Level Marketing and Sales Representative to join our team. This role offers a fantastic opportunity for recent graduates or individuals eager to start a career in marketing and sales. You'll be involved in various marketing and sales activities designed to generate leads, build client relationships, and support our business development efforts.
Key Responsibilities:- Marketing Campaigns: Assist in the creation and execution of marketing campaigns to drive engagement and generate leads.
- Sales Support: Support the sales team in managing client accounts, preparing proposals, and closing sales deals. Follow up with leads and prospects to advance them through the sales funnel.
- Client Engagement: Engage with clients to understand their needs, provide information about our services, and build strong relationships. Address inquiries and resolve issues in a professional manner.
- Market Research: Conduct research to identify market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences. Use insights to help shape marketing strategies and sales approaches.
- Metrics Tracking: Track and report on marketing and sales metrics, including lead generation progress, campaign performance, and sales results. Provide regular updates to the Sales and Marketing Manager.
- Administrative Support: Assist with administrative duties related to marketing and sales operations, including data entry, scheduling, and maintaining records.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field preferred but not necessary.
- Experience: No prior experience required. We welcome recent graduates or individuals with a strong interest in marketing and sales.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with clients and team members.
- Marketing Knowledge: Basic understanding of marketing principles and sales techniques.
- Tech Proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with social media platforms.
- Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Eagerness to Learn: Willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
