Job Description

The Senior Manager, Project Management role will oversee all aspects of the PMO at Jitterbit, guiding our team of project managers in all aspects of the development, implementation and tracking of assigned projects. Responsibilities include the following:

  • Collaborate with internal and external contacts to analyze needs and align implementation roadmap to strategic goals.
  • Drive projects/programs from original concept through final implementation, managing the deliverables of work stream owners and team members.
    • Defining project scope
    • Crafting comprehensive project plans
    • Procuring and managing resources
    • Establishing clear timelines
    • Mitigating project risks and troubleshooting issues
    • Monitoring project budget and expenditures (including internal and external capital and expenses)
    • Facilitating transparent communication between all stakeholders.
    • Ensure successful project delivery and seamless transition to the client.
  • Develop processes across programs and ensures consistent implementation.
  • Develop detailed project plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans and status reports.
  • Conduct and lead project meetings and is responsible for project tracking, analysis and problem resolution.
Qualifications

  • Bachelor's in related field.
  • Certification in a related project management discipline (PMP, CAPM, ITIL, etc).
  • 5+ years of project management experience.
  • Demonstrated leadership in cross-functional business endeavors.
  • Experience leading, motivating and managing various project and program team sizes, including internal and external resources, while holding team accountable for performance.
  • Stakeholder relationship management experience; proven track record establishing a trusted advisor relationship with customers/business partners.
  • Strong negotiations skills, ability to influence others.
  • High degree of comfort acting as a central point of contact and first point of escalation for issues, disputes, and requests.
  • Written communication skills sufficient to create complex program/project plans and other project documentation.
  • Familiarity with software development, B2B, CRM projects is advantageous.
