What would you do as a Activities Coordinator - Portola Gardens Assisted Living

As a Life Enrichment Coordinator at CiminoCare's Portola Gardens Assisted Living in San Francisco, you will play a vital role in fostering a vibrant and engaging environment for our residents. Your responsibilities will include planning a well-rounded program of activities that cater to the intellectual, social, physical, and spiritual needs of our residents. You will be instrumental in creating a monthly Calendar of Events, ensuring that each resident has the opportunity to participate in activities that promote health, well-being, and community engagement. By evaluating resident behavior and participation, you will be able to continuously encourage positive living habits and strengthen relationships among residents, staff, and families.

Additionally, you will coordinate with various departments to host special events and leverage community resources to enhance resident experiences. Join us in creating memorable and fulfilling experiences for our senior residents

Are you the Activities Coordinator we're looking for?

To excel as a Life Enrichment Coordinator at CiminoCare's Portola Gardens Assisted Living, you must possess exceptional organizational and communication skills. The ability to plan and execute a diverse range of activities while keeping the residents' needs and preferences in mind is crucial. Strong interpersonal skills are essential for building relationships with residents, staff, and volunteers. Proficiency in Microsoft Office or other similar software is necessary for creating and maintaining monthly calendars and activity schedules. A creative and resourceful mindset will be beneficial for collaborating with external organizations and volunteers to enhance the residents' experiences.
