QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTSv BS Chemical or Mechanical Engineering with 3-5+ years’ experience in chemical plant or refinery, or equivalent industrial manufacturingv Ability to apply daily and lead with safety, environmental and industrial hygiene rules, and regulations at the forefront of your work.v Ability to engage site associates as well as effectively interact with team members at all levels of the organization.v Demonstrated ability to critical thinking and analytical skills in all aspects of your work.v Self-driven with high a level of initiative.v Strong leadership qualities and ability to engage associates through every stage of their work.v Demonstrated ability to drive associate alignment and accountability.
