  • Investigate complaints and deviations with the team, recommend corrective actions, and develop reports.
  • Conduct site inspections and audits to ensure regulatory compliance; guide team members as needed.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure EHS goals and compliance.
  • Assess and address environmental and safety needs (e.g., air, wastewater, ergonomics, hazardous materials); develop compliance processes.
  • Revise EHS training programs and deliver training as required.
  • Analyze data and create routine reports for internal requests.
  • Liaise with government agencies as assigned by EHS Manager.
Required Skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
  • Basic documentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of EPA, OSHA, and relevant regulations.
  • Strong problem-solving, organizational, and analytical skills.
  • Understanding of processes and equipment.
  • Adherence to EHS and Quality standards.
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Team collaboration and professional interaction across all levels.
  • Compliance with company rules, including pandemic and EHS protocols.
Education/Experience
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Scientific, or EHS-related field (Required).
  • Master's Degree or equivalent in a related field (Preferred)
