ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As an Insurance Account Representative with Zach Armiger, you will learn how to successfully sell State Farm financial products. Zach started his State Farm career as a team member and he will teach you how to be successful. Early on you will learn the basics of insurance through the licensing process and on the job you will learn what the customer needs and expects from their insurance partner.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
- Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals
- Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
- Must be able to obtain the Property & Casualty Insurance license (costs reimbursed) .
- Sales experience a plus.
- Effective communication skills.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred
- Salary plus commission/bonus, $35K with a total compensation range between $55k-65k.
