Quality Assurance Tech Entry Level

Requirements:Minimum Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
- Programming experience using C++, C#, .NET, or Java.
- Ability to research and rapidly understand new and evolving technologies
- Ability to quickly troubleshoot, analyze and solve problems over e-mail, chat, and phone
- Ability to track and document issues, along with following up with customers
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Experience configuring mobile devices such as Android, iOS, and Windows CE a plus.
- Knowledge of network infrastructures and technologies a plus.
