Role: Billing Lead/Accounts Receivable Specialist

Location: Houston, TX (on-site)

Pay Rate: $65000 / year

We are looking for a Billing/AR Specialist on a direct-hire basis.


Job Responsibilities:

· Process a combination of billing and accounts receivables

· Assist with portal billing

· Maintain customer accounts and start customer setups

· Handle all vendor setup forms

· Create customer accounts

· Scan and index applications

· File and maintain tax certificates and run trade references

· Serve as back up for credit card payments

· Ensure the accuracy of customer accounts


Requirements:

· OpenInvoice experience

· 3-5 years of experience in AR/billing
