Position Summary:

As a Server/Waitstaff with CareerLINK Staffing, you will be responsible for providing exceptional dining experiences for our customers. We are looking for individuals with a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding service.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Present menus and provide detailed information on food and beverage options.
  • Take accurate food and drink orders and relay them to the kitchen and bar staff.
  • Serve food and beverages promptly and efficiently.
  • Monitor guest satisfaction and address any issues or requests in a timely manner.
  • Handle cash and process payments accurately.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area and workstations.
  • Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe and sanitary environment.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service and a positive guest experience.

Qualifications:


  • Previous experience in a server or waitstaff role is preferred but not required.
  • Strong customer service skills with a positive and friendly attitude.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic math skills and experience handling cash and processing payments.
  • Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
  • Flexible schedule, including availability for weekends and holidays.
