We specialize in providing comprehensive security solutions tailored to meet the unique needs of each client, always ensuring a safe and secure environment.

We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our team as an Unarmed Security Officer Supervisor. The Supervisor will be responsible for leading and managing a team of unarmed security officers, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures, and maintaining a high standard of professionalism and customer service.Qualifications and Education Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • At least 5 years’ experience in Security
  • 4 Hour Report Writing Course
  • Received favorable rating on performance evaluation of “1-Promotable.”
  • Only Two (2) unexcused absence in each 90-day period/quarter, total of four (4) per year
  • Successfully complete the 8-hour refresher course (Only states requiring this License.)
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Manage, coach, and train all security officers personnel
  • Write and submit security reports
  • Provide security
  • Maintain law and order in area of jurisdiction
  • Monitor staff by patrolling with them
  • Assign work areas for officers to patrol
  • Protect the people and property
  • Conduct routine patrols with team
  • Look out for suspicious persons, vandalism or hazards
  • Respond to alarms and distress calls
  • Ensure all security systems, like the burglar alarms are working properly
