Job Overview: We are seeking a motivated and experienced Freelance Recruiter to support our recruitment efforts on a flexible basis. This role involves managing the recruitment process for various positions, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and managing offers. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruitment, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with clients or hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and create effective recruitment strategies.
  • Source and attract candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
  • Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, experience, and fit for the role.
  • Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, including scheduling interviews, providing feedback, and facilitating offer negotiations.
  • Maintain and update candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) or other recruitment tools.
  • Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment progress to clients or hiring managers.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and best practices in recruitment.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Adhere to any specific client requirements or compliance regulations as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a recruiter, with a strong track record of filling various types of positions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and assess candidates effectively.
  • Proficiency in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to work on a freelance basis and adjust to varying workloads.
  • Familiarity with different industries and job functions is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred but not required.
