Location: Salt Lake City

Job Type: Part-time, flexible, Solo (2-8hrs/week)

Wage: $20/hr

Description:

Do you have an eye for detail and take pride in your work? Would you like a flexible side gig for extra money?  We are currently seeking a Property & Equipment Manager to join our team. This position involves the maintenance and upkeep of our commercial property as well as undertaking janitorial deep cleaning projects such as vacuuming filtration, deep cleaning floors, washing windows, and other general maintenance upkeep duties inside and outside of our property. 

Responsibilities:

  • Perform scheduled service and cleaning to equipment & property.
  • Document and date work performed.
  • Maintaining outdoor areas as needed.
  • Follow all safety procedures and guidelines while handling cleaning chemicals and equipment.
  • Report any maintenance issues or damages to the supervisor promptly.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in cleaning, property management, or janitorial work is preferred.
  • Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and climbing a ladder.
  • Attention to detail and a strong work ethic.
  • Good communication skills and must speak English.
