Job Summary: The Call Center Representative will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information about our products and services. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a customer-focused attitude, and the ability to handle high-volume calls efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Make outbound calls to customers to follow up on inquiries, provide information, and resolve issues.
  • Assist customers with product and service information, order placement, and troubleshooting.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively assist customers.
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or supervisor when necessary.
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including call handling time, customer satisfaction scores, and first call resolution rates.
  • Maintain confidentiality and security of customer information.
  • Participate in training sessions to stay updated on products, services, and company policies.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in customer service is a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle high call volumes and manage stress effectively.
