Key Responsibilities:
- Answer inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Make outbound calls to customers to follow up on inquiries, provide information, and resolve issues.
- Assist customers with product and service information, order placement, and troubleshooting.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively assist customers.
