Compensation:$15 - $17 hourly
Responsibilities:- Oversee front desk operations including check-in/check-out procedures, room reservations, and guest inquiries.
- Ensure exceptional customer service standards are met and maintained by the front desk staff.
- Manage and resolve guest concerns and complaints in a professional and efficient manner.
- Train, schedule, and supervise front desk staff to provide a smooth guest experience.
- Prepare daily reports, manage budgets, and maintain inventory of front office supplies.
- Be able to work on your feet for a typical shift for 8 hours at a time in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- 3+ years of experience in the hospitality industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficient in hotel management software.
- US work authorization.
- Must be able to stand on your feet for 8 hours during a typical shift.
