POSITION: The Culinary Training and Development Manager will oversee the operations of our establishment's kitchen staff and the development and training of kitchen managers. As the Culinary Training and Development Manager, you oversee food preparation, order supplies, schedule shifts, and monitor inventory levels to adhere to budget. You will facilitate in-store training BOH training and assist in executing all new training/menu rollouts. 

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Extraordinary attention to detail

  • Excellent verbal and written communication

  • Collaborative, growth mindset and partnership-oriented

  • Excellent problem-solving and conflict-management abilities

  • Ability to multitask and complete tasks in a timely, accurate manner

  • Willingness to attend training and obtain certifications as needed

  • Food Manager's permit

  • Regular and predictable attendance

  • Valid driver's license

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
  • Bachelor's degree or certification from culinary school is preferred

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role

  • In-depth knowledge of kitchen health and safety regulations

  • Proficient with Microsoft Suite
