Green Oasis of San Antonio, TX is hiring a full-time Interior Horticulture Technician / Plant Care Service Professional

A Day in the Life
As an Entry-Level Interior Horticulture Technician / Plant Care Service Professional, you maintain plants for our customers. As the face of our company, your exceptional customer service ensures loyalty. Each day, you drive to various sites, including professional offices, commercial buildings, and our greenhouse, to care for plants and ensure customer satisfaction. You enjoy not being stuck in a cubicle all day, and you get to engage both your intellectual and creative sides in caring for plants and flowers. You'll exercise physically by carrying water buckets and climbing ladders to prune, clean, and care for tropical foliage. Initially, you may start with great customer service skills and an interest in gardening, but you'll be amazed at the knowledge and skills you develop at Green Oasis

 

Qualifications

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Ability to bend, reach, and climb ladders
  • Ability to do lots of walking
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
  • Background screening
  • Customer service skills
  • Love for plants and gardening
  • Experience is a plus but not required We hire for attitude and train for aptitude.

Work Schedule
Monday through Friday, usually starting early in the day. We are flexible on start times, but the typical workday is around 8 hours. While we strive for flexibility, we expect our team to stick to the schedule once set, as our customers appreciate our dependable service. Occasional work after hours or on weekends may be necessary.
