About The Role:

As our HR Generalist, you'll be the backbone of our People team, owning all HR functions and ensuring our business is running smoothly from an HR perspective. You'll wear many hats, from managing employee relations and benefits to jumping into the recruitment process when needed to help us meet our hiring goals. Your expertise will keep us compliant, your insights will drive improvement, and your passion for people will enhance our company culture.

What You'll Do:

  • Oversee onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and off-boarding processes
  • Administer and manage HR tools like G-Suite, BambooHR, ADP, Take Command, and Ease
  • Provide guidance and support to employees and managers on HR policies, procedures, and best practices
  • Collaborate with the People team to ensure seamless HR operations and drive employee engagement
  • Lead initiatives to enhance company culture, employee retention, and overall job satisfaction
  • Handle sensitive HR issues with professionalism, confidentiality, and care

  • Experienced HR professional with a deep understanding of human resources, employment law, and related fields
  • Ability to step into the recruiting process with ease and contribute to hiring success
  • A strong communicator with the ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization
  • Detail-oriented with a knack for solving problems and driving continuous improvement
  • Adaptable and flexible, able to pivot and assist in various HR functions as needed
  • A team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys collaborating with others
