The Child and Family Guidance Center is seeking a Community Living Support Specialist to play a key role in delivering curriculum-based skills training to individuals working on a diverse range of needs, from independent living skills to positive communication.
In this role, you'll empower our YES Waiver participants to achieve their goals and enhance their quality of life through providing direct services, implementing skills training, crisis intervention, documentation, and fostering a supportive environment.

- Maintain timely and thorough documentation
- Bachelor's degree in psychology, social work, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years related experience and/or mental health training preferred
- Valid driver's license and vehicle insurance required
- Experience in case management and skills training within the YES Waiver Program
- Experience working with individuals with mental illness and/or addiction issues preferred
- Strong assessment and coordination skills with effective communication abilities
- Knowledge of the social services system and resource connections
- Proficient writing skills for professional communication and documentation
- Ability to remain calm and logical in challenging situations
