Position Overview:We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Business Systems Analyst (BSA) with 5-8 years of Salesforce Lightning experience and a total of 10 years in IT. The ideal candidate will have a Salesforce Admin Certification and a strong background in call center software, customer service processes, and UI/UX design. This role involves defining business requirements, leading QA activities, and collaborating with cross-functional teams in an agile environment.Key Responsibilities:
- Define and document business requirements and system goals in collaboration with Product Owners and key stakeholders.
- Analyze business processes and identify capability gaps, data sources, and process changes needed to achieve target state features.
- Create user stories, organize product backlogs, and manage scope in an agile Scrum environment.
- Drive product enhancements by working closely with cross-functional teams.
- Partner with integration teams to ensure front-end requirements are met.
- Collaborate with product architects, designers, and customers to refine the user experience.
- Lead QA activities, explaining requirements to developers, and test solutions before production deployment.
- Document and communicate user requirements effectively.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Salesforce Admin Certification.
- 5-8 years of experience as a Salesforce Lightning BSA.
- 3-5 years of experience as a business/system analyst with strong skills in gathering, documenting, and communicating user requirements.
- Experience with call center software, customer service processes, and Salesforce UI/UX design.
- Banking or financial services experience is a plus.
