This is not your typical sales job. As a Licensed Sales Professional, you will help grow the Allstate agency by engaging new prospects and building strong relationships. Youll work as a member of a sales team focused on providing insurance that helps customers protect their homes, cars, retirement income and live a good life.

As an insurance sales professional, you will apply insurance knowledge and sales skills to increase the customers understanding of the value of insurance and cultivate long-term relationships as a trusted advisor.

Responsibilities

Outbound Sales Producer

Prospect and write new P&C policies outside the book of business

Look for new opportunities from outside networking and outbound marketing

Cultivates referrals from own network (Friends, Realtors, etc.)

Understands and implements pipeline management within CRM for follow-up

Understands and follows Allstate compliance guidelines

Ensures all documents are received and signed

Maintains knowledge of new products

Handles minimal inbound calls from own customers

Always portrays a professional image through proper appearance and actions

Maintain positive attitude and willing to learn/improve


Requirements
  • Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable.
  • Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
  • Be a great self-starter with a sense of urgency.
  • Create relationships from a cold start.
  • Excellent Communication/interpersonal skills.
  • Confident, self-starter who works well independently.
  • Prior Sales Experience.
  • Must be awesome at opening doors and getting appointments from a cold start.
  • Must be highly self-motivated.
  • Minimum 3-5 years prior sales experience is preferred.

  • Bilingual, fluent in both English and Spanish is beneficial.
  • No insurance experience required but must be willing to learn
