Role Overview

As the Marketing Specialist at RAWSO Constructors, you’ll play a pivotal role in maintaining our brand identity, enhancing our digital presence, and driving internal communications. If you’re passionate about problem-solving, relationship-building, and leveraging existing brand assets, this position offers exciting opportunities for growth.


Responsibilities

  • Brand Stewardship: Ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels.
  • Digital Strategy: Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns.
  • Content Creation: Create compelling content for our website, and internal communications.
  • Internal Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts.
  • Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Event Coordination: Plan and execute trade shows, conferences, and other events.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred).
  • 2+ years of experience in marketing roles (construction industry experience is a plus).
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a strategic mindset.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to build and nurture relationships.
