What would you do as a Crumbl Cookies Baker

As a Crumbl Cookies Baker at our Portsmouth location, you will dive into the heart of baking by mixing, balling, baking, and topping delectable desserts. Your day will be filled with hands-on tasks that bring our signature treats to life, ensuring each cookie is made with precision and care. In addition to perfecting the art of baking, you'll have the chance to interact with our valued customers, creating a friendly and welcoming atmosphere where their sweet cravings are satisfied. Compensation (Including Tips)

  • $15.00 to $20.00 (hourly wage + combined tip pool)
  • Once trained and a proven team contributor, you may be eligible for compensation increase.
