What You'll Do

As a Crumbl Cookies Baker, you will be responsible for mixing, balling, baking, and topping delectable desserts. Your day will be filled with hands-on tasks that bring our signature treats to life, ensuring each cookie is made with precision and care. You'll also have the chance to interact with our valued customers, creating a friendly and welcoming atmosphere where their sweet cravings are satisfied.

Your success in this position will rely on your ability to stay driven and focused in a fast-paced kitchen environment. Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive hourly wage of $15.00 to $20.00, plus a combined tip pool. Once trained and a proven team contributor, you may be eligible for compensation increase. Additionally, you'll enjoy benefits such as tips, sampling cookies, 50% off cookies and drinks, flexible scheduling, recognition awards, and Sundays off.
