  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales professionals, setting performance goals and providing ongoing coaching and development.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders to drive business growth.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and market research.
  • Monitor sales performance metrics, analyze sales data, and prepare reports for senior management.

Qualifications:

  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth in the financial services industry.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop sales professionals.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of financial products, sales processes, and market dynamics.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, sales analytics tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across departments and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements related to financial sales and customer interactions.
  • Professional certifications such as Series 7/63 licenses, CFP, or similar are desirable.
