Industrial Electrician Responsibilities:

  • Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and equipment, including motors, generators, transformers, and control systems
  • Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and electrical schematics to identify electrical components and wiring
  • Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on electrical equipment to ensure optimal performance and compliance with safety standards
  • Troubleshoot electrical issues using diagnostic equipment and develop effective solutions
  • Collaborate with engineering and maintenance teams to implement electrical upgrades and modifications to enhance system efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant electrical codes, safety regulations, and company policies
  • Document maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections in the maintenance management system
  • Respond to electrical emergencies and perform repairs in a timely manner
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment, using personal protective equipment as required

Industrial Electrician Qualifications:

  • 2+ years experience performing maintenance functions in a manufacturing facility
  • Knowledge of electrical and machine-control troubleshooting (PLCs, controls, 3 phase motors, switches, etc.)
  • Your own reliable transportation
  • Ability to work alternate shifts, weekends and over-time as needed

Schedule:

  • Full-time
  • Monday through Friday
  • 1st shift (swing)
  • 2nd shift (swing)
  • 3rd shift

Salary:

  • $28 - $30/ hour Pay based on experience and skillset
