Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to our executive team. The ideal candidate will be proactive, resourceful, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. This role requires exceptional communication skills, discretion, and the ability to anticipate the needs of the team you support.

Responsibilities:

  • Work directly with the CEO and the executive leadership team to support the execution of company goals and priorities.
  • Manage complex calendars and schedules, including coordinating meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, reports, and other documents as needed.
  • Keep the executive leadership team advised of time-sensitive and priority issues, ensuring appropriate follow-up.
  • Manages expense reports for assigned executives.
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Anticipate needs and proactively address issues to streamline workflow and maximize productivity.
  • Provide administrative support, including managing emails, and handling other tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an executive assistant or similar role, preferably supporting C-level executives.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
  • Discretion and ability to maintain confidentiality.
