We’re looking for an experienced mortgage recruiter to help us source, evaluate, and place Loan Officers who have a self-sourced book of business. Ideal candidates will have experience recruiting retail Loan Officers in the Correspondent space.


Efinity will provide you with business intelligence tools so you can prospect and source with the best available information. In doing so, this position requires heavy calling, texting, and follow-through on a daily basis.


We provide you with industry-leading culture, products, price, process and more so you can recruit with confidence knowing identified prospects will have a home that you can be proud to represent.



Compensation:

$70,000 + bonus

Responsibilities:
  • Direct the full-cycle recruiting process (candidate sourcing, qualification evaluation, screening, interviewing, negotiating offers, and follow up) for the direct hire of qualified candidates
  • Collaborate with hiring managers and branch managers to build and refine a recruiting process for mortgage professionals (mortgage loan officers, mortgage loan processors, underwriters, etc.)
  • Build a pipeline of strong relationships with top talent, and maintain contact with prospects and passive candidates that may be a match in the future
  • Document detailed and accurate communication records in the applicant tracking system

  • Utilize the Business Intelligence and Recruiting tool we pay for and provide to build a pipeline, text, rapidly respond, connect, and source candidates
Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting or as a sales manager, branch manager, or mortgage loan officer in the mortgage industry, real estate, or financial services industries
  • Comfortable with CRM / applicant tracking systems, MS Office, Google Suite, and social media tools
  • Excellent time management, communication skills, and interpersonal skills
  • Recent knowledge of human resource policies, hiring best practices, EEO and affirmative action policies and guidelines
  • High school diploma required - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent desired
