Position Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Human Resources Specialist to join our team at our Woodside location. As a Human Resources Specialist, you will be responsible for onboarding and offboarding employees, ensuring compliance with CA employment laws, and providing support to our staff across multiple locations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the onboarding and offboarding process for all employees.
  • Maintain accurate records in our HR software and ensure compliance with CA employment laws.
  • Visit various locations to check in with managers and staff, ensuring a consistent and positive employee experience.
  • Assist with recruitment and hiring during peak seasons.
  • Support the HR team with additional tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2+ years of experience in a Human Resources role.
  • Familiarity with HR software and tools is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of California compliance laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to commute between multiple locations as needed in the East Bay, Woodside and Marina
  • Required to have Drivers license and own mode of transportation
  • A proactive and flexible approach to problem-solving.
