Job Description

  • Assist in the review, evaluation, and drafting of contracts

  • Perform administrative functions related to contracting including summarizing terms and circulating documentation to designated parties

  • Monitor and coordinate renewals of existing contracts

  • Serve as record custodian for legal and compliance departments

  • Perform legal research and draft related memorandums

  • Institute legal holds for documentation or other records related to actual or potential litigation

  • Assist in development and implementation of policy/procedure and standardized documentation protocols or template for legal and compliance departments

  • Conduct investigations of potential compliance matters, devise remedial actions based on investigation findings, and document the same in the compliance documentation system

  • Perform auditing and monitoring activities

  • Assist in completion of action items derived from annual risk assessments and/or departmental work plans
