Our employees are actively involved in the design, engineering and manufacture of technologically advanced medical devices that ensure that we meet our customer’s quality specifications for each product we produce.We are currently seeking a dedicated Medical Device Polisher to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for meeting customer requirements for surface finishing in accordance with blueprint specifications and work instructions.

**Shift:**1st, Monday - Thursday (6:00am - 4:30pm)

**What You’ll Do:

**

  • Operate polishing equipment (wheels, belts, etc.).
  • Verify the accuracy of order paperwork, count, and move completed orders to the next location.
  • Track urgent job needs through the finishing shop to ensure on-time delivery.
  • Follow established procedures and guidelines to run production.
  • Maintain production quality according to customer prints.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, inspection check-sheets, and instructions.
  • Use basic inspection gauges such as calipers, micrometers, and height gauges to perform quality checks on parts as outlined by AQL and work instructions.
  • Maintain accurate counts of completed and scrapped parts; complete production paperwork and make required entries into the company database.

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • 2+ years of polishing experience is highly preferred.
