Job DescriptionJob DescriptionJob Description:(1) Triaging new requests for high-level estimates of effort;
(2) Identifying areas of code impacted by new requests;
(3) Recommending appropriate Application Development teams to work ticket (update Application Lifecycle Management (ALM), working with Release Manager and Change Advisory Board (CAB) Coordinator to channel ticket to appropriate team);
(4) Conducting code reviews as requested;
(5) Providing guidance on Cross-Functional Work (major enhancements/fixes);
(6) Creating design specifications for large enhancements and projects;
(7) Conducting design reviews for smaller enhancements and large fixes;
(8) Participating as a member of the Enterprise Architecture Board;
(9) Setting standards and best practices for Applications Development team;
(10) Providing support to Issues and Adjudication framework, appeals, State Information Data Exchange System (SIDES), batches, correspondences, fact finding templates, and claims processes;
(11) Data modeling, including creating ER diagrams and writing relational database queries;
(12) Creating and deploying reports,provide technical design coding assistance to the team to accomplish the project deliverables as planned scoped;
(13) Defining and managing the flow of data and dissemination of information within the organization;
(14) Identifying data sources, both internal and external, and working out a plan for data management that is aligned with organizational data strategy; and
(15) Performing other duties as required.Knowledge Skills & Abilities:(1) Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, information systems, or other related field/equivalent work experience;
(2) A minimum of seven (7) years of experience with large and complex database management systems;
(3) A minimum of two (2) years of experience with CONNECT, uFACTS, or similar Unemployment Claims (UC) system;
(4) A minimum of five (5) years of experience with C# software development;
(5) A minimum of five (5) years of experience with relational databases;
(6) A minimum of two (2) years of experience with relevant architecture;
(7) A minimum of two (2) years of experience Data modeling;
(8) A minimum of two (2) years of experience with Snowflake platform;
(9) A minimum of two (2) years of in designing and developing performance measurement data marts and automated reporting systems;
(10) Advanced to expert level knowledge and understanding of architecture, applications systems design and integration;
(11) Understanding of N-Tier Architecture;
(12) Understanding of business logic and workflows within a database as impacted by new technical issues/requests;
(13) Understanding of objective resolutions impacting different areas of a database due to new technical issues/requests;
(14) Experience with .Net 3.5 or later;
(15) Experience as a team member on a team of five (5+) developers;
(16) Understanding of Agile or Waterfall Development Methodology;
(17) Experience with ASP.Net;
(18) Experience with Microsoft Visual Studio 2015 or later;
(19) Experience with Team Foundation Server (TFS);
(20) Experience with ANSI SQL (Oracle 12g, or SQL Server);
(21) Experience with Object-Relational Mapping (ORM) software, such as LLBL Gen;
(22) Experience with Web Services (WSDL, SOAP or WCF);
(23) Scrum Experience;
(24) Experience with Windows Communication Foundation (WCF);
(25) Experience with Service-Oriented Architecture (web services);
(26) Experience with Windows Workflow Foundation (WWF);
(27) Experience with UC4 and IBM FileNet;
(28) Expertise in Data Factory and DataBricks; Configure deploy and maintain database Participate in development and maintenance of Data warehouses;
(29) Experience with Data Factory, Azure DevOps, Storage Data Lake, Extraction, Transformation and Loading Analytics development Report; and;Experience Data Modeling and design/architect work.
