Job DescriptionJob DescriptionHire a Office Manager/ Marketing director who is self-starter and driven.
You will be the support in the daily operation of our newly opened Ag Dealership. This position includes performing a variety of day-to-day clerical tasks, answering and routing incoming calls, assisting customers and functioning as part of our management team for a busy farm equipment dealership. For the marketing peice you will be on social media promoting Tilleman Equipment as a brand as well as working with our marketing firm to create content for publishing and recapturing our co-op dollars. This position is Monday thru Friday from 8 to 5.
Responsibilities:* Oversee and support all administrative duties in the office and ensure that office is operating smoothly.* Manage Office supplies, inventory and place orders as necessary.* Perform receptionist duties: greet customers, and answer and direct phone calls.* Receive and sort incoming mail and deliveries, and manage outgoing mail.* Manage office budget.* Identify opportunites for process and office management improvements, and design and implement new systems.* Provide other administrative support as necessary, including rescheduling group meetings, maintaining calendars, doing research and creating reports.
Qualifications:* Bachelor's degree in business administration, communications, or related field.* 2-5 years of work experience in an adminstrative/office management role.* Strong organization and time management skills, ability to prioritize, and attention to detail.* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.* Strong problem -solving skills and analytical abilities.* Must be proficent with Microsoft Office and Google products.* Must be able to sit for prolong periods of sitting at a counter and working on a computer.* Must beable to complete drug test, background check and driving record check.
