B.H. Inc., is looking to hire a full-time Slip Form Paver/Curb Machine Operator to work in various civil concrete construction settings, while adhering to all current safety standards. As a Curb Machine Operator, you will earn $28 to $32 per hour to start, paid weekly. The schedule for this position varies but is typically five to six 8 to 10-hour days per week. You will also be eligible for benefits including health, vision, dental, life insurance, a 401k plan with match, and paid time off (PTO). QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience running Curb Machine for slipping curb, sidewalks and waterways.
  • Experience figuring and ordering concrete deliveries.
  • Experience managing a 5 man crew of laborers and finishers.
  • Understanding machine and grade stake.
  • Knowledge of plan reading.
  • Clean driving record
  • Knowledge of how to follow SWPPP cleaning and washout guidelines.
  • Ability to work with the PM and Superintendent to increase productivity, manage costs and quality.
  • Strong work ethic.
