Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers and take their orders
  • Talk to guests to ensure they have a good experience/address any concerns they may have
  • Ensure customer satisfaction while performing duties
  • Delegate tasks and stations to team/provide oversight, direction and feedback
  • Plan and execute breaks for staff who need them
  • Proactively assist fellow staff members
  • Ensure team provides fast, friendly, and accurate service
  • Ensure product quality, restaurant cleanliness, maintenance and security standards are met
  • Keeping online ordering accurate
  • Train and coach new employees
  • Ensure dress code, health code and safety standards are followed
  • Foster and maintain a positive work environment 

Qualifications:

  • Ability to listen and communicate effectively
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Previous experience in a management role


Available shifts and compensation: We have available shifts all days of the week. Compensation is $13.50 - $15.50/hour.
