To excel in the role of Lead Teacher at Boys & Girls Clubs of Skagit County, you'll need a diverse set of skills and qualifications. These include being 23 years old to meet licensing requirements, holding an Early Childhood Education Certification or equivalent, completing Basic Stars Training, and demonstrating the ability to effectively engage with infants and toddlers. Strong communication skills are essential for collaborating with team members, parents, and the little ones in your care. Most importantly, a genuine passion for working with youth and nurturing their development is key to making a positive impact in this rewarding position.

STARTING SALARY RANGE: $21.25 to $22.54/hr +$1 Differential for Anacortes DOE/DOQ
