About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Classroom Aide to join our team at Boys & Girls Clubs of Skagit County. As a key member of our educational staff, you will play a vital role in creating a safe and engaging environment for young children aged 2 months to 3 years old.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with Lead Teachers and Assistant Teachers to develop and implement engaging educational programs.
  • Support the daily activities and routines of the classroom, ensuring a structured and efficient learning environment.
  • Assist with lesson planning, preparation, and implementation, utilizing Google Suite and completing STARS training as required.
  • Communicate effectively with the teaching team and parents to ensure a seamless educational experience for our members.
  • Contribute to the development and enrichment of our members, promoting values of good character, citizenship, and academic success.
Requirements
  • Proficiency in utilizing Google Suite and completing STARS training.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.

Benefits
  • Competitive hourly rate ranging from $20.35 to $21.53.
